Alex Lagerborg

Managing Director

Alex Lagerborg is a Managing Director at Petra Capital Properties and a Registered Representative affiliated with Saxony Securities, Inc. He brings nearly 35 years of experience in finance, real estate, and investor relations across public and private sectors.

Alex co-founded Landmark Title Services Corp, a regional title insurance agency, and served as President of Capital Strategies Network, providing investor relations counsel to Nasdaq and OTCBB-listed entities. He also served as President, CEO, and Director of Across America Real Estate, a Nasdaq-listed public company.

Alex holds FINRA Series 63 and 22 licenses and previously held a Series 7 license. He maintains a proprietary network of trusted advisors and influential figures across finance and real estate.

Beyond his professional career, Alex has served as Scoutmaster of Troop 554 for more than 23 years, mentoring over 63 youths to the rank of Eagle Scout. He is himself an Eagle Scout and recipient of the Silver Beaver Award. Alex and his wife Mary Beth have three grown sons and six grandchildren and live in Centennial, Colorado.
